Hedberg Aquires Assets of Bebergs Landscape Supply

Bebergs in Andover will become the newest Hedberg location in October. MINNEAPOLIS, MN (Sept. 7, 2007) — Hedberg Aggregates Inc., dba Hedberg Landscape & Masonry Supplies, announced today that it has acquired the assets of Bebergs Landscape Supply in Andover, Minnesota. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Bebergs is a retail and wholesale provider of landscape supplies, including stone and concrete hardscape goods, nursery green goods and water gardening supplies. Located in Andover, Bebergs serves homeowners and landscape professionals in the north and northwestern suburbs of Minneapolis and St. Paul.

 “The acquisition of Bebergs Landscape Supply assets compliments our existing landscape and masonry supply business well,” said Steve Hedberg, owner of Hedberg Landscape & Masonry Supplies. “Hedberg and Bebergs both focus on a high degree of customer service and quality products. Both companies have been actively involved in promoting and expanding the landscaping industry. Combining Chris Beberg’s successful ten year operation with our growing 20-year company will provide even more options and better service for customers in this area."

Hedberg Landscape & Masonry Supplies has locations in Plymouth, Golden Valley, Farmington, Stillwater and Ham Lake. The company will move its Ham Lake operation to the Andover facility during the month of October, during which time both locations will be open for business. “Moving our north suburban operation to Andover allows us to expand our offerings and carry more inventory,” said Hedberg.
